Curious about yoga but unsure if it’s right for you? Wondering how to begin your yoga journey? Look no further than our beginner yoga course! Our 6- week course provides the perfect starting point as you become familiar with the various yoga asanas (poses) and learn how to practice in a way that makes sense for your body. This course provides a tasting plate of yoga styles including Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow and Yin to ensure you’re comfortable attending any yoga class you choose.

We go beyond the physical and also introduce broader elements of yogic philosophy, pranayama, mindfulness and more to create a well rounded understanding of yoga, its historical roots and benefits.

This course will build your confidence and love for yoga in a friendly, fun and safe environment. Don’t let uncertainty hold you back! Join us for our 6-Week Introduction to Yoga Course and embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, physical well-being, and inner peace.

The course runs each week on Wednesday’s at 7pm from 5 June to 10 July.
