Led by Infuse Health Founder and one of Australia’s leading Movement teachers, Joshua Pole, the Infuse Health Movement Traineeship is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your coaching career and build skills that will set you apart from the competition.
Over the 8 weeks, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of autonomic nervous system regulation, neuro fundamentals and evolutionary biology to learn why Movement philosophy provides an unmatched antidote to the modern environment. We will cover human anatomy fundamentals, body mechanics, the role of breath and mindfulness in fitness and cover physical attributes of balance, strength, power, mobility and coordination.
With the theory understood, we will teach you how to develop programs and classes that put this into practice in a fun and engaging way to bring the best out of yourself and your clients. We will also cover classroom presence, client connection, injury management, and more to bring your coaching to the next level.
