Fascia is literally everywhere in the body and provides the architecture for the energy field that infuses living structures. During the stress response, fascia becomes tight and locked to enable us to survive. A lifetime of accumulated stress can result in body armour, limited range of movement, pain and fatigue. Unwinding the fascia requires re-hydration of the tissue coupled with body awareness – wherever our attention goes, energy flows!
