This workshop is for anyone who is keen to explore expression of movement, a sense of playfulness on the mat, and nourishment of the joints, through a vinyasa based yoga practice.
The journey will start on the ground with breathwork and connection to self to land in our bodies.
We will slowly build up to joint nourishment on each part of the body, travelling to a standing, slow, three-dimensional practice with elements of water and fluidity welcomed into the flow.
We then glide into more stillness, pause, and being as the journey then takes us back onto our mat for some yin yoga poses before finishing with a divine Nidra meditation laced with compassion.

Anyone can be a part of this play workshop, no beginner or advanced. This is about doing what you can, listening to your body, regulating the nervous system and of course, having a little fun along the way.
