Keryl’s yoga journey began as a practitioner of power Vinyasa yoga just over 10 years ago. After more than 30 years as a regular at the gym, she found the practice of yoga not only cultivated physical strength and suppleness but was rich with meaning and wisdom.

She undertook yoga teacher training with the intention of deepening her personal practice in 2013 and has been sharing her passion through teaching ever since. She’s completed 800 hours of yoga training across a range of styles including power, vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga.

Keryl believes that we all have a unique potential and she loves the power that yoga has to liberate the energy within and open us to new possibilities.

Her flow classes focus on building energy and vitality and finding a balance between strength and flexibility.
