Yoga has been a fundamental part of my life for 20+ years. From my first class at age 14, I’ve felt an affinity to the practice, embracing its depth of teachings that continually draw me closer to myself. My yogic journey has led me worldwide to learn and practice – including to India, the heartland of yogic traditions.
As a devoted student, I’ve delved into various yoga lineages, encompassing pranayama, ayurveda, Ashtanga alignment, Vinyasa flow, and philosophy. Most recently, I’ve trained in body-inclusive, trauma-sensitive, and health at every size yoga. I truly believe this practice is universal. Yoga surpasses physicality; it’s a path that cultivates a more authentic relationship to oneself and life. My teaching style honours this intention. I warmly welcome all abilities through accessible, open-level classes that are crafted with respect to the student.
My classes will support you to lengthen, strengthen, and enhance your awareness of breath. My hope is that you’ll step off the mat feeling refreshed, nurtured, and balanced in mind, body, and soul.
