Sara Nelsona


Sara is both a Yoga teacher and a Movement coach. She brings her vibrant energy to both the yoga and movement rooms to assist infuse members along their journeys to better health.
Sara started her yoga journey over 12 years ago. She loves that the practice of yoga has the ability to combine the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. This is a life long practice and every day brings new learning about yourself and the world.
For Sara yoga has been a grounding constant through the turbulence of life over the last decade. The practice of yoga has enriched Sara’s life and helped her to find peace, purpose, forgiveness and acceptance. She feels honoured to share her passion and dedication to this practice with her community.
Sara trained and taught other styles of yoga before finding her home in Iyengar Yoga and at Infuse Health. She is inspired by the fact that Iyengar Yoga can be practiced by everyone regardless of age, injuries, experience or current abilities. Yoga is for everyone! She is a dedicated student and continues her study of yoga under the guidance of Senior Iyengar Teacher Alan Goode.
In the movement room, Sara enjoys assisting Infuse Health members in their goals to build strength, mobility and movement skills. Sara takes a long-term approach to health, well-being and quality of life. What do you want to be doing when you’re 80? Playing with your grandchildren? Enjoying your hobbies? Living a peaceful pain free life? Sara’s mission is to help you along the way to living a happier and healthier life.
