I feel extremely fortunate to have found Infuse Health approx 2 years ago when my stamina had hit rock bottom. I had some major health issues and have some ongoing ones too. Under their skillful guidance, I grew from strength to strength. I will forever be indebted to them for steering me to where I am today. I attend both the yoga and movement classes. The yoga studio is the best one around and the movt classes are super fun. All the instructors are very friendly, approachable, caring, highly knowledgeable and passionate of what they do. I am so grateful to Rachael and Josh for creating such a welcoming, nurturing and energetic space where people of all age groups and varied level of fitness can strive to achieve their full potential. Highly recommend this studio. Do give it a go.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, the staff and trainers are quality, so knowledgeable, passionate and willing to share. So much better that your traditional gym, bootcamp or CrossFit setting. I have been training for over 40 years and haven’t enjoyed anything as much as what this environment offers. Great place, great equipment, great people.

I absolutely love this place! I have been to a lot of gyms in my life but this place is different. I became very unmotivated in my movement practise and would just go through the motions at the gym not really enjoying what I was doing and not seeing any progress, until I found Infuse. This facility is so beautiful and the movement studio is amazing. The way they program and teach is on another level, it is really fun and takes a holistic approach to movement, I’m not only getting stronger and more mobile I’m also setting myself up to be more resilient later in life. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, it’s changed my life!

After a month of longevity movement classes I feel stronger and more flexible than I have for a long time. And I am even sleeping better! All the staff are fun, friendly and encouraging and there is a great sense of community (with fantastic coffee from the coffee van out the front!). The longevity classes are perfect for those looking to improve their strength and resilience without feeling like you’ve turned into a gym junkie.
