The yoga studio is the best one around and the movt classes are super fun. All the instructors are very friendly, approachable, caring, highly knowledgeable and passionate of what they do. I am so grateful to Rachael and Josh for creating such a welcoming, nurturing and energetic space where people of all age groups and varied level of fitness can strive to achieve their full potential.
