Infuse Health has partnered with Watch Ya Language to design a Youth Program that couples holistic physical fitness with nervous system awareness and discussion on body image and the impact of social media.
Running as term blocks, these classes use functional movement exercises and games to build strength, flexibility and resilience and create a positive relationship with exercise and physical fitness.
Using movement as a tool, we go further to build a self-awareness of how the mind and body reacts to stressors, share techniques to self-regulate and introduce topics of mindfulness and the importance of breath.
Our Youth Program targets teens between 13 and 16 to build confidence, social connection, physical fitness and mindfulness and creates a positive foundation that will benefit our students for years to come.
